Linen Room Philosophy

Here at the linen room we aim to create a dining experience for every one of our customers that excels their expectations. To achieve this careful selection and sourcing of ingredients is key in producing our food daily. One of the most important aspects of this is keeping our produce local from our beef that is carefully selected by Stuart Houston, to fish and game that is received from Dumfries fish and game, these fantastic products are carefully combined with a selection of wild foods that can be found locally in the hope to set the linen room apart from other restaurants.
