Graeme Fleck - Sous Chef

DanielGraeme joined the linen room team in August 2008. After working alongside Daniel in the past Graeme did not hesitate in also making the move from Glasgow to Dumfries to not only further his career but to work under the ethos that our guests dining experience is above all the most important part of his job in producing the best possible food for the people of this town. This is the cornerstone that the linen room works from.
Graeme strives to make this restaurant a success and knows that being part of the team now in place it is definitely the direction the linen room is taking.
